HAPPYLAND SUMMER CAMP
Présentation
Happyland Summer Camp is a kid's activity centre and holiday club that has been approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sport.
International summer camp of the French Riviera is located in Pegomas, the city of Mimosa, on the
French Riviera, near to the sea, beautiful medeival villages and Grasse home to many perfume factories. It is situated 15 minutes from Cannes and 30 minutes from Nice.
It offers happy holidays with activities for children from 2 to 12 years old of different nationalities. In the grounds of a beautiful Provencal property, covering two acres, and near the sea it offers volleyball, football and team games in the sport's ground and swimming in the big pool.
Throughout the year this beautiful provencal property houses an International Bilingual School and also Happyland on wednesdays some school holidays, as well as in the month of july.
On two hectares of rolling green landscape there is a very safe and secure swimming pool as well as sports and games grounds.
There is also a large indoor gymnasium for sporting, thaetrical or other curricular activities.
It organises activities for children without accommodation on Wednesdays and during the shorter school holidays for locals or tourists who organise their own accommodation and with or without accommodation in July. In July children come to Happyland Summer Camp to have great fun but also to learn a language: either French or English.
The centre has its own mini-bus for outings.

Depending on your choice of language,the programme is based on total immersion in either English or 
French.
The morning activities: language, théâtre, art, science and geography, as well as the afternoons' sporting and cultural pursuits, are all conducted by qualified teachers in their mother-tongue.
Happyland Summer Camp is well situated near the sea, and close to neighbouring villages, some of which are medievil and in particular Grasse, the center of the french perfume industry and known as the world's perfume capital!
These privileged surrounding allow the children to discover the Mediterranean, the Lerins Island off the coast of Cannes, the rich marine life and various water sport activities. Canoeing and sailing are optional extras.
In addition they are able to sample, at first hand, the cultural heritage and traditions of Provence. Among these are visits to olive oil mills, potteries, glass making works (Biot), museum's and perfumeries (Grasse).
Within the grounds of Happyland, children can swim, play tennis, volleyball and football.
Fancy dress, theme nights and vigils are also organised.
Horse riding, Kayaking and seailing are optional extras depending on the number of children interested.
2 options are on offer in July:
OPTION 1: Summer camp : There are packages for 6 to 12 year olds, which include not only full-board and French or English immersion classes, but also various sporting, cultural and theme-based activities.

- Theatre/Drama/Topic based activity: 10.30 - 11.45
- Art or swimming 11.45 - 12.30
- Lunch 12.35 - 13.15
- Rest/Quiet time 13.15 - 13.45
- Trips/outings 13.45 - 16.30
- Afternoon snack 16.00
- Swimming 16.30 - 17.30
- Games 17.30 - 18.30
- Showers/Prepare for dinner: 18.30
- Dinner 19.30
- Evening Entertainment/show: 6 - 8 years old 20.00 - 21.00
- Evening activities/Games/Music: 9 - 12 years old 21.30
OPTION 2: Bilingual Mini-club: Day Camp: Open to all children from the age of 2 to 12 years, numerous activities adapted to each age group are organised.There is also the opportunity of immersion classes in French or English. Open from 7h30 AM to 6h30 PM.

Happyland Summer Camp organises activities on Wednesdays and during some of the shorter school holidays throughout the year, for children aged 2 to 12 years old.
Activities organised : IT workshop, art & craft, English, team games, gardening, days out, theatre...Each school holiday follows a certain theme.
