The zoo set on 50 acres of land can be visited either by foot or car.
You will find the smallest animals, the Cotton Top Tamarin to the biggest, the Asian Elephant.
You may bring your own picnic or buy something from the snack-bar.

You're quite right about how
You're quite right about how it used to be, but I can confirm that it's much better now and some of the enclosures are even very attractive. Still a little concrete in some areas but the zoo has definately been making improvements over the past year or so.
Very bad a few years ago - better now??
I went here a few years back so it might have improved since then, but it was a horrible experience at the time - all concrete and no shade, plants or nature for the animals. It's a shame the zoo in St Jean Cap Ferrat has closed down now as it was a million times better than the Frejus one :-(
