Presentation
Kidooland is a friendly, international and vibrant pre-school and afterschool club created by parents for parents. It specialises in over 15 fun activities all under one roof.
The springboard to a successful future
Children have access to “real language” as all language classes are always led by native speakers: French, English or Italian. The language is functional as we use the University of Cambridge ESOL programme for language based activities ensuring your child gets grounding in everyday language.
Cultural activities are led by dynamic and engaging leaders who are specialised and trained in their given teaching area.
Under 3’s activities follow the Early Years Foundation Stage with a wealth of activities and themes devised just for them.
Kidooland regularly communicates all the weeks’ activities so that you can carry on the fun at home.
Give your child a head start in life
Class sizes are deliberately kept small (5- 10 children) to ensure a more personalised approach to learning and children are grouped according to their age with activities tailored to their ability.
Children have access to a dedicated 150m2 vibrant and educational indoor space using 4 different rooms set up for all our different activities. We also organise outings and in the summer weekly trips to the Valmasque park.
Located in Sophia Antipolis, 5 minutes from the Antibes exit from the A8 on the way to Vallauris, Kidooland has its own free parking and easy access.
Making the Cote d’Azur your Home
KidooLand is also a central point to find out local information on local living. Members will have access to a support network, and a whole host of helpful information. Together we will work to make everyday life that bit easier and of course more fun!
ACTIVITIES FOR UNDER 3's AND THEIR PARENTS
The 9 Months and Beyond Club
- Prenatel and postnatal club to meet other mums like you! What to expect, help and support, Info on the French system...all in English
KidooBabes 0 - 10 months
- Enjoy some special mum and baby time in Discovery Club with Baby Signs, sessions that help you connect with your baby and explore their sensory awareness in a calm environment within a small group of other new mums. In this session we explore the five senses using exciting new methods to help your baby become aware of new sounds, smells, tastes and textures.
- Baby Caress are one-off workshops with a specialised instructor where you’ll discover about the art of caressing baby using massage techniques and baby signs and their amazing effects. You’ll receive all the information you’ll need to carry on the techniques at home, at your own pace.
- Baby Osteo Clinic takes place every month with qualified and French registered osteopaths to sort any problems that can occur such as cranial, posture, sleep problems, Behavioural problems etc
- Ludo-Play is a free (just 2 Euros for coffee!) drop-in session where you can meet new, or expectant mums and babies, get out of the house and chat with others in the same boat. It takes place in our studio and we provide toys and games, teas and coffees for the whole afternoon. It’s a great way to make new friends.
KidooTots 1-2yrs
- Perfect for crawlers and toddlers Baby Moves and Grooves; a fun, vibrant session with music, dancing, introduction to percussion instruments and our baby assault course! The session also includes some Baby signs, Baby Caress and Baby Discovery activities as well as a much needed coffee morning for parents.
- Eveil Musicale & Art Club is in French, for babies who just love music and want to get creative! Our music teacher takes them on a journey of musical discovery to learn about different types of music and how to move to the beat and play instruments to the rhythm. After a coffee break and some well earned playtime, our Art teacher stimulates your child’s imagination using stories, puppets and songs to encourage artistic creativity.
Rainbows International Playgroups 2-3yrs
- We offer French and English Bilingual Playgroups without mum for up to four mornings per week. These preschool playgroups are with native English and French speakers and class sizes are kept very small, allowing your child can express themselves freely and is carefully looked after. Activities include cooking, painting, drawing, singing, dancing, gardening and gym so there’s plenty to do with their new friends! It’s the perfect opportunity to help prepare them for school and leaving mum, and gives you a little break too!
EXTRA-CURRICULA AND AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Kidookids and KidooGrands and KidooAdos - 3-5yrs , 6-9yrs, 10-14 yrs
Creative Play and Apprentisage Ludique in English are extra curricular sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Each morning or afternoon session is split into 3 main activities: KidooSchool, KidooCréa, KidooMoves & Grooves to ensure that whilst having fun, getting active and expressing themselves they learn English from native speakers, gain confidence and get a head start in school-it’s two for the price of one!
During the morning or afternoon session, children enjoy a range of fun activities such as cooking, painting, yoga, theatre, dance, music and singing. We build on language learning using the University of Cambridge ESOL program.
NEW Italian Creative Play has just been launched for 5-8 year olds in Italian on Wednesday mornings. Through fun activities children will learn the fundamentals of the Italian language.
NEW Fun Piano Children learn about the piano and how to play it. Reading notes and how to use both hands correctly all set to fun English rhymes. They will be encouraged to improvise and compose their own songs in a fun and educational environment.
NEW Musical Stars with Kidooland's very own in house music teacher Lizzy. The emphasis will be on learning the basics of several instruments including Singing, Xylophone, Piano and Percussion. The group will learn about techniques of singing and melody making, what helps create music and make it sound the way it does, and discover all about different musical styles and genres. With a slightly more advanced repertoire of music this group is suited to children age 6-10 years. Tuesdays after school.
NEW AngloKidooClub exclusive to English speaking children. Activities will be all in English with Anglophone leaders (English & American)for 6 to 9 year olds on Wednesday afternoons.

English conversation classes for adults : Learn English in your lunch-break with fun conversational English classes.
Workshops and InfoTorials : Regular and one-off sessions where you can discover the benefits of homeopathy, yoga techniques, nutrition, raising bilingual children, communicating with children, effective parenting styles
Relaxation classes : yoga and relaxation exercise with information on how to remain calm, increase your energy, sleep better and much more.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES AND CAMPS
KidooCamps
During the school holidays Kidooland runs educational linguistic holiday camps for children age 4-14. Each KidooCamp has a fun theme for the week for all the creative activities and we continue to learn language using the University of Cambridge model. With art, dance, cooking, modelling, games, theatre and sketches and more it’s a fun packed week.
It’s a lively and stimulating atmosphere and children get the chance at the end of week to demonstrate for you what they have learnt in our KidooShow! In summer we also use the outside Park of the Valmasque for weekly sports days and nature walks and also organise optional outings in English.
NEW BILINGUAL LEGO ET SPORT SUMMER CAMP
This is for 9-14 year old constructers and will be held at the CIV school in Sophia Antipolis in July. There will be LEGO activities and ROBOTICS + Sport en anglais and in French. Bilingual Instructors will speak with your child in English or French the choice is yours!

Kidooland is right in the middle of many of the largest towns to the West of Nice.
We are just a five minute drive from the A8 (exit 44 Antibes Sophia Antipolis) and the Carrefour Shopping Centre.
We are within a 20 minute drive of: Antibes, Biot , Grasse, Juan-le-Pins , Mougins, Le Cannet, Sophia Antipolis, Valbonne and Vallauris!

- Term Time: Monday-Friday 8h45-15h30 (16h30 Wednesday) and Saturday 8h45-12h.
- Holidays: During Holiday Camp hours
Prices and Payment Methods
Prices vary depending on the class you choose. We have flexible payment options such as yearly (with a discount), trimester or monthly and we accept cash, cheque, credit cards and Cheques de Vacances.
Inscriptions are for the year however we do also sell KidooFlexipasses to those who want to pick and mix sessions or need flexibility on when they will come.

- KidooBabes : 5€ - or just 2€ for the LudoPlay session
- Baby Cub : 10€/hour
- Playgroup : from 24€/morning
- 3-14 years : 30€ / morning or afternoon session
- KidooCamps : from 10€/hour
