Kangourou Kids, was created with the aim of making the lives of families easier by offering made-to-measure childcare and home based support services.

Whether children are under or over 3 years, and at school or not, Kangourou Kids helps families to find 
solutions to everyday problems that they may encounter such as taking their children to school and collecting them after, taking them out to play or to their weekly out of school activity…and all within the guidelines and rules that the parents lay down!
These missions are given to qualified people, employed by FKangourou Kids, depending on the profile you will have chosen.
Employees must have experience in childcare and most have extra qualifications such as First Aid (AFPS in French) or childcare entertainer (BAFA in French). People with certain types of qualifications (such as BEP and the CAP petite enface) are hired to look after the under threes.

Sharing a nanny with another family at your homes is now possible!
What to do…connect to www.gardepartagee.net to find another family that will be willing to share a nanny 
with you. Then contact the nearest Kangourou Kids agency to your home, so that your needs can be looked at and a nanny that suits both families hired. Kangourou Kids, will hire and train this person and will deals with the administrative side of things, including, contracts, pay slips, replacement if the nanny is ill etc.
Easy procedures and reduced childcare rates…With the childcare times fixed to your needs, joint care is also economic as it allows the costs to be cut in half. What’s more there will be no more problems if your child is ill as he is looked after at home and he or she is familiar with the surroundings and can share play time with another child of the same age.

Kangourou Kids can lend a helping hand after a birth. As soon as the new mother arrives home from hospital, or in the days following, Kangourou Kids can send a qualified nanny, to help with all tasks associated with looking after a baby.

HELP WITH HOMEWORK AND SCHOOLWORK
If your child needs help with homework or needs to better understand or revise work done at school, ask Kangourou Kids to find someone suitable for his or her age group and the subject(s) required, from primary school to post A-levels.
Maths, English, French, Physics, Spanish, German, History, Philosophy teachers hired by Kangourou Kids are approved by the National Education and have at least the Bac +3 qualification.

Kangourou Kids can find someone who is used to working with groups of children, to help you to entertain the friends your child has invited to his or her birthday party.

Simple but effective made to measure solutions
As soon as a family becomes a member of Kangourou Kids, they are introduced to one or two people that correspond to the profile requested. The family then chooses the person that they would like to work with. The aim is to keep the same person throughout the year so that the child feels at ease.
The employees are consulted every month and the families every quarter to ensure that everything is running smoothly for all parties.
Kangourou Kids, remains the employer and the administrative side of things, including, contracts and pay slips are dealt with by your agency.

Open Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm (5pm on Fridays)
Kangourou Kids 98 (Monaco):
Open Mondays to Fridays from 9.15am to 13.30pm and 2pm to 5.15pm upon RV (call before going)
RATES & FINANCIAL ADVANTAGES
Child care rates :
- Yearly membership fee of 89€ to 228€TTC.
- Hourly rates (day time) of 1,45€ to 21€TTC (reduced to 10,50€ after tax reduction)
- Unusual hours, night and weekend care require a special quote.
- If the person hired uses his or her car to transport the children an extra 1€ per km will be invoiced.
Tax advantages for childcare and shared childcare (tax reduction or credit) :
- By calling upon the help of Kangourou Kids, a state approved company that provides services to people, you will benefit from the reduced 5,5% tax rate.
Income tax reductions:
- You will benefit from an income tax reduction of 50% of the amount paid.
- Kangourou Kids will provide you with a tax certificated before the 28th February of the following year, showing the amount paid.
- Thus if your expenses stay within those set by the state you will only actually pay 50% of the final amount.
Income tax credit:
- For families who work or who have been registered with an employment agency for at least 3 months, the tax reduction is replaced by a 50% tax credit (within the limit set by the state).
- If the amount of the tax credit exceeds the income tax you have to pay the tax department, (Tresor public), will reimburse the difference.
Child care at your home and the PAJE:
- The Paje (young child allocation in France) given by the CAF (Family allocations) to families of one child born since January 2004 can be applied to childcare at your home provided by Kangourou Kids.
- A certain number of conditions must however be fulfilled to be eligible for this allocation.
You may also pay using special cheques: Chèques Emploi Service Universel (CESU).
