The natural park Vaugrenier situated by the side of the RN7 road, covers near to 100 hectares of land and provides shaded picnic spots, open areas ideal for ball games, a play ground with climbing frames and 11km of tracks that may be explored by foot or bike.
The park is great for a family bike ride with little children who have just learnt to ride or teenagers with lots more experience.
Its various pathways offer hours of walking or bike riding far from cars.
If you would like to combine a bike ride with another activity, you just have to drive 5 minutes away to Marineland, Antibesland, minigolf courses and a go-carting track in Antibes and 15 minutes away to try out the adventure playground in the trees for those aged 3 years and over. To reach Canyon Forest and Pitchoun Forest bikes come into action once more as the adventure playgrounds are a short bike ride away along the banks of the river Loup. For information, this area may only be accessed by bike riders with a monitor. Bikes may be loaned if you do not have your own.
There are also restaurants a few minutes away from the Vaugrenier Park fro those who are not picnic fans!

We advice you to bring along your own bikes as the nearest bike hire shop is a good 5 minute drive away and the cycle paths to meet the park are not very suitable for young children.
