The activity centre and holiday club “L’Ecole des Champs”, along with the school “Le Campus” are surrounded 
by 1 hectares of land in the heart of the Drap country side, 12 km from the centre of Nice. Both benefit from a fantastic range of leisure amenities.
This muti-activity centre is quite unique on the French Riviera as it is in France in general, with a vast range of activities for both little children and young teenagers: swimming pool, horse riding centre, tennis courts, sports grounds, mountain bike track, climbing wall, minigolf course, adventure playground in the trees, farm with animals, vegetable garden, theatre, IT centre, English lessons and more...
L’Ecole des Champs is a day activity centre (CLSH in French) on Wednesdays and during the school holidays and children of 7 years and over may stay in tents or dormitories during the July school holidays (CLSH & CLAH in French).
The Ecole des Champs’ members of staff have the « BAFA » qualification, needed by those wanting to work with children in activity centres in France. They are competent and motivated to help your children discover new activities, learn new skills, develop their passions in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The restaurant serves healthy and varied meals, cooked on site by the centre’s own cooks. An open air restaurant has recently been added to the facilities. Hygiene rules are closely respected as are the quality of the ingredients used.
The centre accepts children from 2 ½ to 14 years old.

Children may come to spend the day or half a day at the centre on Wednesdays, taking part in sporting activities,
horse riding at its « Zingaro » stables, looking after animals, gardening and participating in theme based workshops such as cooking, science or IT.
Children can come along for school holiday activities either by choosing one specific workshop (Indian camp, 
horse riding, circus, English, theatre) or trying their hand at many different things.
Accommodation is provided in July for 8 to 14 year olds. There are 120 spaces in total, divided into 7 bed dormitories, 6 to 8 person tents or 2 to 4 person igloo tents.

6 different themes are on offer: Team games, Visit of the farm, Sport, Show... Each one costs 15€ to 25€ pp 
and includes the birthday cake, drinks and a disco.
You may also choose extras for 2€ each and pp: candy floss, chocolate fondue, Champomy (kid’s champagne).
A minibus may be hired to come to pick up the children and drop them off at a specific place.
The parties can be organised on Wednesdays and during school holidays, from 2pm to 5.30pm, for 20 to 120 children aged 2 ½ to 14 years old.

Le Campus is situated in Drap merely 12 km from the centre of Nice, a 20 minute drive from Monaco and about 30 minutes from Sophia Antipolis and Antibes.
The centre has 3 buses (Mercedes) that pick up and drop off children twice daily at Nice (Place Marshall, Parc Phoenix, Magnan, Place île de Beauté, Acropolis, Pont Garigliano) and Monaco (Jardin Exotique) and La Turbie (village square).

Opening / Prices
L’Ecole des Champs is open on Wednesdays and during the school holidays, except at Christmas and in August.
Children may take the bus from Nice and Monaco from 7.45am - 9.30am or may go directly to Drap from 8.45am - 9.15am. Once the day of fun has ended children may be picked up from the school from 4.30pm to 4.45pm or may take the bus down to Nice or Monaco at 5.15pm.
- Wednesday half day: 26€

- School holidays: 200€/week
Summer holidays:
- July week without accommodation: 200€/week
- July week with accommodation in tents:
240€/week - July week with accommodation in dormitories: 375€/week
Reductions :
- 30% reduction for “Le Campus” school children.
- There is a reduction of 15% for 2 children of the same family and 25% for three children.
- 5% reduction if you reserve and pay by internet.
A.N.C.V. and C.E.S.U. cheques and vouchers are accepted. Costs for the under 7’s can be deducted from income tax.
