The Florian sweet factory - Confiserie Florian - has opened a school of cooking at its beautiful Pont sur Loup site.

Up to 12 people may participate at one time and the lessons are followed by a tasting session in the dining room, or you may take your creations home with you.

Different lessons have been created including one for children aged 8 years and above. Children may come to a 2 hour session baking cakes, making pancakes and other goodies. Special parent-child workshops will also be organised for special occasions such as Mother's and Father's Day.
