Présentation
First Aid Sans Frontières is a bilingual organization, working in conjunction with the Protection Civile, to 
give accessible First Aid courses to members of the public.
First Aid Sans Frontières was created by a mother, aware of just how important it is to be able to help save a life or help an injured person, should the situation arise.
First Aid Saves Lives!
Could you save the life of:
- A member of your family?
- A friend?
- A neighbour?
Every year thousands of children and adults are injured from an accident (home, road, work…); some need immediate help to prevent serious injury or worse, death. If you act within the first few minutes, while waiting for the emergency services to arrive, you can increase the chance of survival by 40%.
BUT unless you’ve done a course you can’t help. How would you feel in that situation? Don’t leave it too 
late!
The First Aid Sans Frontières team is made up of qualified First Aid trainers who offer a fantastic and fun course for you to learn or revise your skills.
Learn a lot and laugh a lot in an informal environment and walk away capable and confident knowing you can save a life.

The first aid courses are for everyone, children and adults living or working from Monaco to St. Tropez.
You may enroll as an individual or organize a group training in your home with friends and family, at school or at your work place.

Learn emergency life support procedures for adults, children and infants.
Become competent and confident in a life-threatening situation.
- Treatment of choking in adults, children and infants
- Treatment of severe bleeding
- Treatment of unconscious breathing casualty, learning the Recovery Position
- Treatment of unconscious, NOT breathing casualty, CPR and use of defibrillator
Continuous assessment by the trainer and attestation certificate.
All trainers have ST JOHNS AMBULANCE and “PROTECTION CIVILE” certification.
Courses are available across the French Riviera region (Monaco to St. Tropez) in your own home, school or office or come to Mouans-Sartoux.

Horaires et tarifs
BOOK individually for a course on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday in Mouans-Sartoux or host a group 
of friends or colleagues at your house and your place on the course is FREE* or you can choose a FREE* first aid kit. (Minimum of 8 is required)
For working parents, evening or weekend courses are available. Each course lasts around 5 hours.
Small groups of a maximum of 16 people, with 2 trainers per group.
Price: 75€/pp - a small price to pay to be able to save a life.
